The press has successfully proven itself in the food industry, in the processing of waste products: beer, alcohol, wine, juice, in agriculture, for the spinning of liquid fertilizers with manure, and biomass that is compacted.
The design of the press: a mechanism of continuous action. It is mounted on a stationary foundation. Can be mounted on a trolley.
When combined with a separator SBM, which separates free moisture from the concentrate, the press is installed on the lower tier of the frame, the separator on the top.
Material: bunker body parts, drum body, unloading unit, upper bore are made of cast iron made of cast iron C20 made of carbon steel. (It is possible to manufacture these units from stainless food steel). The knots in contact with the raw material are made of stainless steel.
The basis of the press is laid two principles - the sieve and the press. The product humidity up to 85% enters the hopper through the inlet branch of the loading node with a size of 250x350 mm. or a circular diameter of 200 mm. The raw material admires the screw and moves inside the slit drum. In progress along the slit drum there is mixing of product and straining the liquid fraction through the crack of the drum. When further moving the product to the cone (doors for berries and pellets) a cork is formed - the pressing mechanism is activating. There is a final selection of liquid fraction, which is discharged through the outlet pipe from the press. The degree of spin is determined by the size of the gap between the skirt and the cone (flaps) of the unloading node. The gap can be changed with two nuts of the unloading node. The solid fraction goes through the windows of the unloading node.
