URM-100, fish-flour complex
Complex of equipment for processing 100 tons of fish waste, low-grade fish species, fat content up to 8%. With an opportunity to increase productivity up to 120 tons, with a decrease in the fat content of raw materials.
To increase the quality and productivity of cooking of fish raw materials, a URM-100 cooker, with an increased heat exchange area, was installed. In the line two drying rotary - pipe installations RTS - 75 installed, successively installed, with a total area of ​​heat exchange of 150 m2, which provides more than 900 kg of evaporated moisture per hour, with minimal temperature influence on raw materials. With temperature increase, productivity can be increased. The drying units are externally warmed and wrapped in stainless sheet metal. If you do not supply raw materials, it is possible to use only one dryer.
To remove condensate from the hob and dryer, float condensate pumps and steam fittings of known European manufacturers are used.
The line is equipped with a complete set of spare parts and tools.

URM performs the following technological operations:
- grinding of raw materials;
- accumulation of crushed raw materials;
- metered delivery of raw materials to the boiler;
- cooking of raw materials by sharp steam;
- a spin of boiled raw material from a fat broth;
- mixing of a coke with sludge;
- drying pulp (receipt of semifinished edible flour-drying);
- the selection of ferro-admixtures from the flour-drying;
- chopping of drywort into flour;
- transportation and cooling of flour in containers;
