Plant for processing per day, 100-120 tons of fish waste, low-value fish breeds in fish meal.
To improve the quality and productivity of the cooking of fish raw materials a plumber URM-100, with increased area of heat exchange, was installed. The cooker is equipped with a frame and a technological platform with a ladder.
The following technological operations are performed on the submitted URM:
- grinding of raw materials
- accumulation of crushed raw materials
- metered delivery of raw materials to the cooker,
- cooking raw materials, by sharp steam,
- a spin of boiled raw material from a fat broth;
- Drying to the pulp (receipt of semifinished edible flour-drying);
- the selection of ferro-admixtures from the flour-drying;
- chopping of drywort into flour,
- transportation and cooling of flour in containers.
