COMPOSITION OF THE INSTALLATION

1. Concentrate pump is made of stainless steel in sanitary (sterile) performance. Pumps come with engines. The pumps are made by Fristam and specially designed for the highest productivity. 4 pcs

2. Rotary vacuum pump, water-jet type, molded, complete with engine. 1 pc

3. Stainless steel condensate pump complete with engine. 1 pc

4. Stainless steel flow control valve for precise flow regulation. 3 pcs

5. Automatic power control system, including flow converter, flow controlling device, electro/pneumatic converter and hygienic flow control valve. 1 pc.

6. Automatic steam control system to maintain constant steam pressure, which must be fed into the sites of evaporation recombination. The control system consists of a steam control valve that is driven and controlled by an electric / pneumatic converter based on the signals received from the pressure transducer. The solenoid valve further decomposes steam supply in the event of interruptions (problems) in power supply. 1 pc.

7. The stainless steel control panel has a polished body and a front panel.
