Installation for pumping and sulphating of pulp and wine in the stream, UPSM- 32/125
UPSM-32/125 is able to prepare the mother liquor SO2, when pouring the pulp, after crushing and separating the crests from grapes, sulphitation with this mother liquor SO2.
Conducts sulphitation of wort and wine materials, is used for pasting wine materials with solutions of tannin, gelatin, suspension of bentonite simultaneously.
Consists of the following individual units:
- installation for preparation of mother liquor SO2; UMR-150;
- mobile
piston pump with mounted on it dosing device;
- a trolley with
a weight device, transportation of the cylinder with S02 and measurement of the dose of SO2.
Pulp pump VNPB-32/32 equipped with a special construction on which can be mounted from 1 to 3 dosing pumps
(depending of the consumers order).
In the basic set UPSM-32/125 comes one pump-dispenser, with a feedrate of 0-125 dm^3/h. On request, two other pump-dispenser can be installed with the supply of 0-125 m^3/hour and 0-800 dm^3/hour, respectively. Pump-dispensers of plunger type with a drive from a reducer of a pulp pump. The amount of feed is regulated, both during the work and in a stopped condition.
The tank on the trolley consists of:
- a trolley with a mounted centrifugal electric pump;
- a tank with a device for the introduction of liquid SO2;
- safety valve;
- pointing device;
- control panel.
The pulp pump is equipped with devices for the introduction of
ingredients into pulp
lines.
The trolley with a weight device is equipped with scales, a filter and a reducer for SО2. A device for mounting-fixing the SO2 cylinder is mounted on the trolley; device for smoothly lowering the cylinder to the scales.
The delivery of ingredients in the dosing pumps is carried out on rubber hoses.
