Winemakin mixer - VMSH

The wine mixer is intended for mixing of wort and wine materials with a pulp in open containers (tanks) with capacity of 5 - 25 m3. The mixer can also be used to mix vegetable raw materials in liquids in order to obtain extracts used in the preparation of flavored wines and for mixing in the production of beverages and blended wine materials with the addition of vacuum wort or syrups.

For wineries producing red wines, "Techno-T" developed and successfully tested the VMSH-125 mixer. In a new mixer, compared with the one used earlier, the diameter increased to 250 mm and the four nozzles were replaced with open windows, which allowed not only to increase the flow to 125 m3 but also to use it for mixing the pulp with crests. Reducing the speed of the screw to 720 rpm, helps to improve the quality of the wine material by reducing the formation of suspensions. Such a hydrodynamic mode of mixing also facilitates the transfer of phenolic substances from the solid parts of the pulp to the wine, which ultimately gives the wines their unique individual taste flavors.

Changes in the construction of the mixer allowed to shorten the time of breaking the "caps" to the complete mixing of the wine material with the pulp in reservoirs with a capacity up to 25 m from 6-8 hours to 40 minutes. At the same time, the quality of wine materials does not deteriorate.

At the request of the customer, the mixer is equipped instead of a screw mixing device, blade mixing devices designed to produce syrups, beverages, blend wines using a vacuum wort.

The mixer is equipped with one of the models of the spray device at the request of the customer. The model of the spray device is selected depending on the size of the fermentation tanks and the technological characteristics of the production.
