URM-30,Fish-flour, A1-IZHR

The URM-30 plant (the old name A1-IZHR) is a complex of technological equipment for the production of feed meal from low-value fish breeds, fish waste, with productivity up to 30 tons of raw materials per day, with the possibility of equipping equipment for the production of technical fish oil. Possible processing of bird and meat waste production, with the addition of a three-phase centrifuge line. Possible processing with press.

The installation performs the following technological operations:

- grinding of raw materials

- metered delivery of raw materials to the boiler,

- cooking raw materials including sharp steam

- squeeze broth and fat,

- mixing the pulp with a concentrate of sludge isolated from the broth with a centrifuge;

- drying pulp (obtaining semi-finished feed flour)

- selection of powdered fats from dried raw materials

- chopping of drywort into flour,

- transportation and cooling of flour on the package;

With additional equipment it performs:

- separation of the broth from the sludge centrifuge;

- separation of grease from fat broth.

Specifications of the installation

Productivity on fish raw materials, tons per day - 30 - 35.

Productivity on chicken raw materials, fat content more than 4%, tone per day - 15-25.

The principle of operation is continuous action.

Raw material - pieces, weighing more than 10 kg.

Output of fish meal,% of raw material weight - 18-27.

Output of fish oil,% by weight of raw materials - 0,4-1.

Vapor pressure, (kg / cm ^ 2) - 5.
