Grape press

The press T1-VP 2O / 20 is intended for the selection of press fractions of worm from grape meal in the current lines of grape processing at its installation after a stalker, on which 50-55 daL of wort from one ton of grapes should be pre-selected. It is used in winemaking factories and juice factories to complete the current lines of grape processing with productivity up to 20 tons per hour.

   

     Algorithm of work:

 Pulp from the bunker 2 enters the boot chamber 1, while the part of the wort through the grid of the boot chamber housing flows into its lower part and discharged into a suslosbornik. As the mowing progresses through the conveyor screw 3, further removal of the wort flows into the perforated cylinder 4 into the tray 10. At the point of transition, the mizga transports the screw 3 to the press conveyor 5 due to the rotation of the Screw in different directions, loosening and mixing of the mill. In the pressing chamber there is a further selection of wort. Depending on the purpose of the press, it is possible to get up to three fractions of wort. Humidity output from the press is calculated by changing the pressure in the hydraulic system in the range from 0 to 160 atm. and controlled by a pressure gauge.
