Installation USB-0,5 uses the technology of producing a suspension of bentonite in a "cold" way. Within 3 minutes, during the introduction of bentonite powder into a tank, without steam application, the microdoses of the suspension are prepared for several milliseconds, at a temperature of 1000 degrees and pressure of 800 atmospheres. As a result of the treatment of the solution, the crushing of particles bentonite accounts for up to 8 microns. A uniform gluing of surfaces of a liquid (water, wine) is carried out. USB 0.5 brings up to 100% homogeneity of the suspension. Using of such a suspension provides a radical reduction of used bentonite and gelatin in the processing of wine materials.
The bentonite suspension, made by the "cold" method on the USB-0,5 retains sterility, can be stored without reducing the sorption capacity and hygienic parameters (without water separation) for at least 3 months. As a result of such treatment with a suspension of wine material, the precipitate is denser 3-4 times from the precipitate of traditional processing. And absolutely does not rise from the bottom. Guarantee of absence of colloidal clouds - 2 years (tradition - 5-6 days).
Such processing allows to radically reduce energy costs, improve the quality of the suspension of bentonite. Technology is based on the principle of cavitation.
Mechanism
of work: water (wine material) is poured into a tank. The dismembler and the
mixer is activated, the water circulation between the tank and the dismemberer
is created. The dose of bentonite falls in the tank. The powder treated with a
dysmembrane rotor is dispersed, firmly bind to water.
The installation consists of: a tank with a stirrer; frame; dismembler, remote control.
The dismemberer combines the function of a centrifugal pump, which allows within 1-3 minutes, to obtain a quality suspension of bentonite without steam(with a mass fraction of 5 to 20%).
The most efficient treatment of wine materials with the simultaneous using of USB-0,5 and VDI-10 - installation of dosing ingredients in the flow.
