introduction of other ingredients, with simultaneously active mixing during the
injection - pumping
plant based on 10/32 GNPB with two dosing devices - VDI-10.
VDI-10 allows to reduce energy consumption, ingredients, time, in the processing of wort, wine materials, solutions, chemical liquids. The output of the lighted product is significantly increased due to a more dense sediment (reducing the amount of sediment in 2 times). The degree of transparency of the wine material, which is processed, as a result of pasting is only 0.2 0.5 formal units. This factor greatly reduces the cost of materials for filtering.
The pump with dispensers allows you to shorten the rest time of wine materials after treatment. More than three times decreases the amount of precipitate, as a result of treatment. This happens as a result of increasing their density. Removed the phenomenon of re-occlusion - non-occlusion of wine materials. It is periodically necessary to carry out the processing of wine materials. This occurs in a continuous flow, when pumping from reservoirs to tanks. As long-term observations show, in a wine treated by VDI-10 and bottled, colloidal clouds do not occur, for at least 1.5 years.
VDI-10 consists of: a piston pump with mounted on it two pump-dispensers, with one drive. Infusion of the ingredients into the treated fluid is carried out by the heads, which ensure a high-quality, rapid mixing of the ingredients introduced with the product. Pump-dispensers are able to work one at a time and together. If necessary, they may be disabled. In this case, the dispensing pump works as a pump for pumping the product. Flow part of VDI-10 is made of stainless food steel.
