Pulp heater - VPM-20

VPM-20 - steam heater of pulp and wine materials

Pulp feeding is regulated by the pump. Pulp is fed through the branch pipe to the inner cavity of the block case. Pulp is stirred and moved by a stirrer, heated and enters the cavity of the outer tank of the body, where it is heated finally and discharged through the nozzle. During the passage through two cavities, the pulp is heated to t = 75°C. Steam supply is automatic. The temperature is regulated due to the temperature of the pulp at the exit from the heater.

There is a special nozzle for washing and removing the remains of the pulp, wines.
