Grape press, VP 20/20, VP 20/30

Screw press: Т1-VP2О/20, Т1-VP2О/30, carry out continuous spinning of juice from grape pulp (grapes crushed by a crusher, after passing the drainage (VSN-20), which selected 50-55 daL of wort from one ton of grapes.

Pulp is loaded into the boot chamber (1) of the press from the bunker (2).A part of the wort flows through the perforation of the chamber net in the bottom of the chamber and is put into a wort collector. The first screw (3) transports the pulp and, as it moves, selects the wort, which flows through the perforated cylinder (4) into the tray (10). At the point of transition, the mowing from the transporting screw (3), the pulp passes to the press screw (5). As these screws rotate in different directions, there is a rupture-mixing of the pulp. In the pressing chamber, further selection of wort fractions is carried out.

The press has the ability to get up to three fractions of wort, depending on the need. The humidity of the squeegees, coming out of the press, is regulated by the hydraulic system, changing the pressure in it, in the range from 0 to 160 atm. Which is controlled by a pressure gauge.
