Piston pump station VNPB-10/32 is intended for transportation of wine, juice, wort, yeast deposits, other food liquids.
The use of a non-shaft drive instead of a crank rod, as well as the use of the flowing part of a special design, is optimized to obtain a maximum uniform flow, the height of self-suction, the reduction of "neutral" space, reducing the oxidation of the product and the loss of its aromatics. As a result, the pump can have minimal impact on the product.
The pump cylinder is made of stainless steel. Therefore, the cylinder practically does not wear out by pumping abrasive environments in which there is bentonite, diatomite.
The drive gear is filled with plastic grease, instead of liquid, which led to the lack of oil leakage, contamination of the room. Reducer for the rod is sealed with a special cuff, which prevents the oil falling into the gearbox housing.
Valve box made of stainless steel, equipped with stainless steel inserts, with a specially profiled surface that prevents the wear of the valves.
The valve box has a bypass line, which allows cleaning the box in case of clogging and reducing pump feed.
The front pivot trolley of the unit is equipped with a braking device which switches on and off automatically, depending on the position of the handle for which the installation is moved.
The installation can be completed with two dispensers, to add ingredients to the fluid flow.
