Fish-flour installation URM-80
Aggregate
fish-flour plant URM-80: provides equipment for a coastal fish processing enterprise.
With a small reconstruction, this fish-flour line can be installed on a fishing
vessel, with an unlimited area of navigation. The installation is made in the
climatic design: OM category 5 according to DSTU 15150-69 when supplying to
vessels; in category 3 according to DSTU 15150-69, when supplying to a coastal
enterprise.
In order to
increase the quality and quantity of cooking of fish raw materials, URM-80 has
a cooker and drying units with an increased heat exchange area.
For
dehydration of the welded mass, a double-screw press URM-80 with a capacity up
to 80 tons of fish raw material per day is used.
At the submitted URM-80 the following technological operations are performed:
- grinding of raw materials
- dosed feed of the raw material in the boiler,
- cooking of raw materials
- impression of fat broth,
- drying pulp (receipt of semifinished edible flour-drying);
- the selection of ferro-admixtures from the flour-drying,
- chopping of drywort into flour,
- transporting flour in containers.
With additional equipment it performs:
- separation of the broth from the sludge by centrifuge;
- the selection of fat from the broth;
