The principle of work:

Raw material: fish waste, low-value fish, from a receiving bunker, or bunker installed in a fish shop (coastal enterprise), is fed into a fish cutter. From fish cutter crushed raw material (fish waste, low-value fish) enters the bunker, where, if necessary, pre-defrosted, heated, drained from the heat block condensate, and feed into the cooker by screw. Drainage water released during defrosting of raw materials is discharged into the sewage system.

Cooker is a hollow body with a shaft. From the receiving part of the cooker, where the diameter of the shaft is greater than the outlet, the raw material is fed into the chamber, where the shovel-mixers are located.

In the screw section of the cooker is a heat treatment of the raw material in a thin layer, it is rapidly heated and fed to the second part of the cooker, where it is stirred and cooking in the broth released.

The small passage through the first part keeps the cooker from overflowing. The large passage section of the second part and the absence of screw windings reduces the speed of the movement of raw material, which results in it is thoroughly mixed and digested. From the cooker the pulled mass is fed into the screw press, where it is ejected from the oily broth, which is pumped into a centrifuge. The pressed coke is fed into the dryer.

Evaporation of the moisture from the coke takes place in the dryer, where it moves slowly along the axis of the dryer and mixes, comes to the discharge trough in the form of small pieces of flour (drywall). The drying of the coke occurs from its contact with the stationary, mobile heat transfer surfaces of the dryer.

From the discharge trough dryers drywall enters the magnetic barrier, where permanent magnets capture metal impurities. Drying in the discharge nibble is mixed with the antioxidant fed by the butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) feeder.

From the magnetic barrier, the drywall is sucked by a mill installation, where it is ground and with air enters the centrifugal (cyclone) pneumatic transport dump truck, where the feed fish meal is separated from the air. From the unloader through the shuttle, the feed fish meal enters the air line, where it is mixed with the cooled air supplied by the air cooled, cooled and directed by air to the second cyclone.

Through a second cyclone, the feed fish meal enters the dosing device device or, in the absence of it, in the gate valve, and then into the bag attachment device.

The lighted broth is pumped from a centrifuge into one of the tanks of a two-section tank, where it is settled and heated to t°= 90-95 ° C. The tanks operate alternately, depending on the filling and the heating. The heated broth is driven by gravity into a separator separating fish oil from broth and sludge. Separator automatic, self-loading. After separation, the fat is fed by a pumping unit to the tank and then into the tank, and the lighted and fat-free broth and sludge are sent to the collection or sewage system.
