URM-60 is a complex of technological equipment for the production of feed meal from poultry and meat (offal) waste production, from inferior fish species, fish waste, with productivity up to 60 tons of raw materials per day, with the possibility of equipping equipment for the production of technical and/or dietary fat.
Installation performs operations:
- a dosage feed of the raw material in a fish cutting, or a shredder
- grinding of raw materials
- metered delivery of raw materials to the boiler,
- cooking raw materials
- squeeze broth and fat in the press, or three-phase centrifuge,
- drying pulp (receipt of semifinished edible flour-drying);
- the selection of ferro-admixtures from the flour-drying,
- chopping of drywort into flour,
- transportation and cooling of flour on the package;
with additional equipment:
- collection and drop of lit broth,
- separation from the broth of sludge and fat,
- separation of fat from broth.
