The URM-50 plant is a complex of equipment for the production of feed meal from poultry and meat (offal) waste products, from inferior fish species, fish waste, with productivity up to 45 tons of fish raw material per day, with the possibility of equipping equipment for the production of technical and / or food fish oil.
The line is equipped with two drying units RDS-50, which provides smooth and spontaneous drying of raw materials, at a minimum temperature.
The coil on a line is intended for cooking of raw materials in a thin bawl, which provides fast and qualitative heating.
Drying installations and a cooker are insulated and covered with sheets of stainless metal
For drainage of condensate in a cooker and a drying plant, float condensate pumps and steam fittings are used.
The steam pipeline of the drying plant and the cooker is equipped with a stainless flexible sleeve of high pressure.
The installation performs the following technological operations:
- grinding of raw materials
- metered delivery of raw materials to the cooker,
- cooking of raw materials, including sharp steam,
- squeeze out the greasy broth with a press, or a three-phase centrifuge
- drying pulp (receipt of semifinished edible flour-drying);
- the selection of ferro-admixtures from the flour-drying,
- chopping of drywort into flour,
- transportation and cooling of flour on the package;
With additional equipment with centrifuge and separator performs:
- separation of the sludge from the broth by centrifugation
- separation of grease from fat broth.
When additional equipment is equipped with a heated tank, it performs:
- heating, scattering of fat in broth, suction of technical fat.
