Three-phase centrifuge
The plant processes fish, meat from birds and animals into feed meal and fat. For separation of fractions: solid, fat, water, a three-phase centrifuge is used.
 
The installation performs:
- grinding of raw materials
- metered delivery of raw materials to the boiler,
- Welding of raw materials
- separation of raw materials by fractions: fat, moisture (glutinous water), solids (coke humidity 65-55%).
- drying of coke - obtaining half-finished meal-dried straw,
- chopping of drywort into flour,
- transportation of flour to packing;

How it works:
The raw material is fed into a fish cutter or, in the case of raw material crushed, comes directly into the raw bunker. The cutter is intended for grinding raw materials, is installed on a raw tank with a screw dispenser.
The tank creates a stock of raw materials and provides a uniform mechanized feed of raw materials into the cooker. In the cooker, the raw material is boiled and simultaneously moves toward the discharge. Cooking is carried out both by a deaf and a steamy steam. The honeycomb boiled mass falls into a hopper for boiled raw material. From the bunker, the welded raw material is pumped and dosed to a trikantnoy centrifuge, where the fractions are divided: fat, moisture, solids (cake, humidity 65-55%).
Moisture (low-fat lit broth) pump is pumped into a junk. The fat is pumped into a tank for storage. The coke is picked up by a screw conveyor and delivered to a drying plant.
The coke is drying slowly while moving along the dryer, contacting and stirring with steamed steam discs, shoulder blades and the inner surface of the drum. With moisture content of 10-8% it falls into the receptacle. In the coke by the pump comes dibutylhydroxytoluene (BHT). Evaporated from the coke, moisture is emitted by air with a dilution. The air, after cleaning, is thrown into the atmosphere. Small particles of drywall, captured by air, fall into the centrifugal discharger.
The dried raw material is sucked into the mill installation where it is grinded, and by means of pneumatic transport it is fed into a digger for tasting flour into bags.
