URM-10, I7-IVB

The URM-10 is a complex of equipment for the production of feed flour from fish waste, low-grade fish breeds, poultry waste, meat-bone waste, by-products, with productivity from 8 to 12 tons of raw materials per day. Offered in Belgorod RF.
The line may additionally be equipped with equipment for extracting slag and fat from broth.
With a significant fat content of raw materials, more than 4%, instead of the press, it is possible to complete the centrifuge, which separates the boiled raw materials into three fractions: broth, fat, and cup with a moisture content of up to 60%.
URM-10 - the modern name - I7-IVB, IVB, production of NMSH (Nizhyn Mechanical Plant, which was liquidated due to bankruptcy).
The following technological operations are performed on the installation:
- grinding of raw materials
- dosage of feedstock in the cooker
- cooking raw materials
- squeezing broth with grease and slime
- drying pulp (obtaining semi-finished feed-drying flour)
- selection of ferro-admixtures from drying
- crushing of dried bread in flour
- transportation of flour in a package


 In case of additional equipment:
- separation of sudge from the broth
- heating broth for separation,
- separation of fat

Advantages of the proposed installation:
- Fast installation and minimum space requirement is a distinctive feature of this fish-flour facility.
- It is designed compactly for accommodation both on board of the ship and at coastal enterprises.
- A minimum of electricity and steam is consumed due to bringing transport links between units to a minimum.
- Great convenience in maintenance, since the main units are mounted in one vertical block and installation is serviced by one person.
- Less heat loss during the transfer of raw materials processed between aggregates.
- Thanks to the use of screw presses and rotary-disk driers, simplicity of construction is achieved, and at the same time, their high reliability.
- High degree of dehydration of the boiled mass provides low load on the dryer, which allows to reduce its size and the amount of steam and electricity consumed
- The system of steam supply and condensate drainage is provided with modern steam fittings (float condensate drain, filter, flexible sleeve, latch) of well-known European manufacturers.
