The principle of the machine
The machine is activated by the start button on the remote control. Waste wood is fed by worker through the tray to rollers, which rotating pulling material into the working area. The top spring roller allows you to tighten wastes in diameter from 50 to 160 mm of any length. Material less than 250 mm in length is supplied only by a conveyor. Without a conveyor the grinding of material in the length of less than 250 mm is strictly prohibited.
The drive of rollers is carried out by reversible hydromotors. The reverse of the hydraulic motors is required if the loaded material is larger than the window of the hopper. In this case, it is necessary to release the handle of the control of the mechanism of submission of the material to the extreme opposite position, thus the material will return in the opposite direction.
Rotating knives disc cut pieces of wood (chips), which thrown into the pipe by airflow.
Disconnecting the engine and stopping the machine out of normal situations is carried out by emergency lock button.
Adjustment and replacement of knives is carried out on the off machine when the disc is stopped with knives. In order to provide a high quality cod, it is necessary to set the gap between the cutting edge of the knife and the counter knife within 1.5-2.5 mm.
