 The cooker is able to digest: from 2 to 150 tons of fish raw material per day (22 hours). Welding occurs in the current mode. The raw material is fractionated up to 40 mm and is delivered continuously from the hopper to the reception window and is picked up by a screw feather. The auger raw material moves towards the discharge. The inner shirt of the honeycomb, the shaft and the screw feathers are heated by steam. In the raw material from special injectors sharp pairs are introduced. Thus, because of the spicy steam effect and when touching the heated surfaces, the raw material is boiled and falls on the other side of the honeycomb from the window for unloading. It is possible to make a honeycomb for welding the raw material in a thin layer, which gives the effect of higher quality welding in a short time of complex raw materials (crushed bones, raw materials with pathogenic flora, for the use of superheated steam).
