The unit of the SK-2 drying complex consists of the USP-2000 installation, which provides: metered supply of raw materials to the chamber of combined processes, joint grinding-drying of raw materials, separation of the dried material of the target fraction from the dust-gas stream, and the purification of the gases coming to the waste.
Technological process: the raw material is fed by the conveyor to the receiving hopper of the plant, a screw conveyor with a single feeder is fed into the working chamber of the combined processes, where the material is dried to the required moisture, with simultaneous grinding to the required dispersion; the flow of waste heat carrier is carried out in the system of separation of the solid and gaseous phase.
