Rotor-tube, rotary-disk dryer is intended for drying of raw material, which was previously pressed to a humidity of 60-65%. Drying results in feed, feed additive, food product, humidity 10-8%, high quality. High quality is provided due to contactless drying of raw materials, with minimal temperature, without temperature fluctuations.
Pipe drying plant is equipped with a heating system of air supplied to the dryer; modern steam fittings of well-known European manufacturers. Externally insulated, wrapped in stainless sheet glossy metal. For the transmission of steam from the steam main to the dryer, removal of vibration loads, ductility of the pipeline elements, flexible hermetic stainless steel vapor hoses are used.
The design of the drying unit allows the drying of heavy drying, porous, high-tensile, loose materials.
It is used as part of a line for processing fish waste, post-lactic grain bards, beer pellets, crushed grain, pulp, forage flour, where it is pre-dehydrated to 60-65% humidity, boiled raw material enters the drying plant, dried to 10-8% humidity.
The housing is a steel cylinder made of steel with a steam shirt. In the upper part of the body is an air channel, equipped with quick-release lids. In the case there is an unloading hatch with shingles, which regulates the level of material in the dryer, the drying process.
From the side of the discharge on the lid is a hatch, which serves to completely empty the dryer from the product. In order to fully use the heated surfaces, the dryer should be filled with raw material for 2/3 of the volume of the body.
Shaft with tube disks, or flat disks. The disks have spiral arms mounted to shuffle the material and move it to the unloading hatch. The speed of moving the material in the dryer is regulated by changing the position of the blades in opposite directions. Between the disks are mounted scrapers for rupture-preventing the jamming of the material.
The steam is supplied to the shaft, and the condensate is discharged from it through a union fitted in the axial direction through the shaft hollow pin. A cone is installed on the shaft, through which the condensate drainage pipe is installed.

To achieve the goal of reducing the temperature effect on the product, the drying installations are arranged in series, the intensity of the vapor influences on the heat transfer surface, the lower temperature of its surface, is reduced. In the first installation, the raw material is dried to a moisture content of 35-30%; in the second - up to 10-8%. (In this case, the positive result is achieved through the production of experimental batches - the regulation of management of drying installations).
